Hmm... so how to balance the convenience of a mailto: link with the desire not receive large amounts of spam from fucknuts with web crawlers?

Well, for now, use this address. You'll need to replace the "_at_" with an "@". It's a special address that changes from time to time. Mail sent to it gets forwarded to my real inbox, but as and when I receive spam from it, it'll vanish into the aether and a new one will be created and set up here. I am considering just setting up a gmail account or something and hoping their spam-filter doesn't suck, but, meh... we'll try this for now.

Alternatively, if you're a Flickr member, you could send Flickr Mail.
